BRIGHTON, MI, June 11, 2013, Stephen “Sam” Phillips, an Account Executive for Information Builders, has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in process engineering.

Mr. Phillips has 32 years of experience in process engineering, moving up the ranks through a natural progression of opportunities. He was able to broaden his expertise in the fields of mechanical engineering and management. Over the years, he has gained substantial knowledge and skills in strategic marketing and business development.

Information Builders is a software company that provides business intelligence and Web reporting software solutions. As an account executive for information builders, Mr. Phillips is responsible for overseeing information technology software applications for the automotive industry. He is skilled at processing supply chain and logistical information, and utilizing mechanical engineering skills for the creative development of business processes. Mr. Phillips also excels providing leadership in creating innovative problem-solving applications. He attributes his success to his exemplary client relationship building skills and creative problem-solving skills.

Mr. Phillips received a master's degree in engineering management in 2001 from Wayne State University. He holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
